Baby Chicks and an appendectomy

Grammie got the boys chickens!!! Very fun. I don't have a place to have them so we are hoping that Grandpa Crossley will take them in a week or two if they make it. They are bright easter colors and so much fun. I guess they put food coloring into the egg right before it hatched. Shayd says I want to hold my chickens. And Shooters says I want to eat your chickens!! We have lost 3. The one Zayn is holding is my favorite. We have red, purple, blue, green, and yellow. They are very cute and boys love them.

It was March 14th and I woke up a little light headed nothing serious went to church and after Sacrament decided that my stomache hurt bad enough to go home. By that evening I swore I was going to die and told Keith to just put me out of my misery several times. I was quaranteened to my bedroom with a knot in my stomach that would not go away. I spent most of that in the bathtub because it was the only place that I could get comfortable. The next morning I was really sore and couldn't get comfortable so Keith said he would take the boys for the morning and the neighbor was going to take them in the afternoon so I could get some sleep. Well, as Keith and the boys walked out the door I decided I would go to a doc in the box so they could tell me I was a big baby and to take a tylenol and go to sleep. But they sent me to the emergency room to have my appendix out. So after all day in the Weiser hospital they decided they had to send me to Ontario. I asked if I could drive myself over but I got a really expensive ride in an ambulance!! Grandma Crossley came and stayed a week with us and took very good care of us and then my mom flew in to pamper us some more. Zayn had a hard time being weined, mom left me for 2 days, and now mom can't pick me up for 2 weeks. Now he preferrs his dad over me. Very sad for mom. But we got to have both grandma's come and stay!!!

Jessie I am so glad to hear you are doing better. Those chicks are so crazy looking. I didn't know that they could do that to their feathers.
