Grandma/pa Crossley this year for Christmas took all 40 members of the family to Disneyland. We went on a charter bus, left Sunday night at 6 pm and headed home Friday at 2. It was an adventure. I don't know if I recommend riding on a charter bus for 15 hours when you are 6 months pregnant, but it was well worth it. Keith being the sweet guy that he is let me have two seats to myself to try to get comfortable enough to sleep. On the way there I had little success but by the time we headed home I was so exhausted that I had no problem sleeping. Shayd loved the rides, didn't care much for Mickey and the gang (they scared him). Keith has promised me a trip to Lagoon this summer so that I can go on some adult rides, although I did get to ride on more rides than I expected to. Shayd didn't make many facial expressions on the rides but you could tell how much he liked the rides by the fit he made to stay on. I took him on the carosel 5 times in a row and then he didn't seem to mind getting off.
Some of the older kids had never seen the ocean so the last day we were there we went to Newport Beach. It was freezing but the crazy kids from Idaho didn't seem to mind playing in the water. It was an amazing trip. Thanks Grandma/pa!!!
